Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns
Because our swords are assembled to order they may take upto 21 days to ship. We will try to ship within 7 business days from the time an order is placed on our web site. The majority of orders ship within 14 business days. If for some reason (holidays, out of stock, etc.) we can not ship on time we will personaly call and let you know. You have the option of choosing Federal Express or United Parcel Service (Fedex is cheaper and more reliable in our experience) as your shipment carrier. For 3 day service there is a priority fee, please call 727-459-9571 to discuss with a shipping clerk if priority shipping is possible. (If you need this extra service, please have a credit card ready.) When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact time of shipment unless you request differently by calling direct and leaveing direct contact info so our shipping clerk can call you back. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.
Note that shipping time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (Fedex/UPS) and by the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers. For international orders, your item/items may be delayed because of customs.

There are some situations where we will ship your order, in full or in part, from a secondary fulfillment center. Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, should a portion of your order be shipped separately, you will be notified with multiple tracking numbers and information.
* We do NOT ship to PO BOXES.
* We do ship international.

Any Order/Orders with incorrect Address will incurred a $25.00 address correction fee. This policy is enforced on everyone. (No exceptions.)

Restocking Fee
Do to a custom build we reserve the right to impose a 25-35% (absolute minimum 25%) Restocking Fee on ALL returns. All returns must be in original condition shipped.

International Orders
  • International Orders may be delayed because of customs, this is not under our control and not included in our shipping estimates.

  • There will be no discounts or offsets as a result of customs delays.

  • The customer, not the store, is responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs fees no matter what they are called.

  • There will be no discounts or offsets as a result of customs fees.

  • It may be necessary to pick up your package in person in some countries or localities.

  • There will be no discounts or offsets as a result of a required trip to pick up a package at customs.

  • Damage
    Any damage from shipping will be fixed or replaced at our discretion. Fedex will remburse us for the expense, but ups will only cover 40-60%. YOU will have to cover anything they don't cover. We suggest Fedex for this reason (among others).
    * Knowledgeable Shipping Department
    Our experienced team knows our product line and understands the importance of safely presenting these products to our customers. Special care is taken to use proper packing materials and procedure.
    * Quality Control
    Prior to shipment, all orders undergo inspection to ensure merchandise matches order and are not defective
    * Status Updates
    From the time an order is placed, to the time an order ships, our customers receive e-mail status notifications every step of the way.
    * Tracking Information
    Our customers are sent tracking numbers and information for all orders.
    * Low Shipping Cost
    Unlike vendors that over charge customers shipping rates, all of our customers pay low accurate shipping rates on their order. if an error accures we will refund a 110% of the over charge.

    Damaged in Shipping:
    If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 727-459-9571 between 8-5 eastern, or e-mail sales@dragonsongforge.com and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damage merchandise.

    You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received.

    Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company.

    Please allow 10 business days for UPS to pick up the damage merchandise from you. If after 10 business days have passed and they have picked it up, you can either keep the item or discard it. After the 10 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your damage item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.

    Defective Merchandise
    If you receive defective merchandise please save all packing material and contact us within 72 hours. Call us at 727-459-9571, or e-mail sales@dragonsongforge.com and include your full name and order number.

    Please allow 1-3 business days for UPS to pick up the defective merchandise from you. If after 1-3 business days have passed and they have picked it up, please contact us. After the 1-3 business days are over we'll have to wait until UPS respond back to us in reference to your defective item/items and then we'll be able to reship another item which will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete.

    If we make a 3 delivery attempts and the package was not deliverable on the 3rd attempt, the customer is liable for extra shipping costs (any charges by the carrier will be passed on to the customer).
